The Konnection Club is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

If you subscribe to our mailing list., you may unsubscribe by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any email notification.

• Form of photographic/age identification,

• Date of Birth,

• You may provide us with additional information through a web form or by updating or adding information to your account, by participating in community discussions, member chats, enquiries, dispute resolution, customer service calls or if you contact us for any other reason regarding our Services.
• The Konnection Club uses the Eventbrite ticketing and registration platform as part of the process to register and pay for an event.  While the Eventbrite privacy policies will apply for any information collected during this process, we don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
• Other data that we are required or entitled by applicable law to collect and process and that we need for your authentication or identification, or for the verification of the data we collect.
• To contact and communicate with you.
• For advertising and marketing of our services.

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs.

Sensitive information will be used by us only:

•           For the primary purpose for which it was obtained, which may be part of a user profile or for registration to a speed dating event.

•           For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose

•           With your consent; or where required or authorised by law

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. The Konnection Club uses the Eventbrite ticketing and registration platform as part of the process to register for an event.  Information required to register for an event on Eventbrite will be available to us.  This information will be used to identify a person who has registered for and paid for an event run by the Konnection Club and to contact them if necessary.
